Overview

Sye Myung Kim is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the Seoul office. Her practice focuses on capital markets and M&A matters. She regularly advises corporations, financial institutions and governmental entities in a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including registered and unregistered offerings of equity, debt and hybrid securities, as well as domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. She has acted for Korean and multinational clients across the consumer, technology, finance and energy industries.
