Overview

Milica Antić is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition Department in Paris and Brussels. She represents clients in merger control, foreign direct investment (FDI) and foreign subsidies regulation (FSR) matters, focusing primarily on related filings before the French Competition Authority and the European Commission, but also on coordination of multi-jurisdictional matters globally. She also advises on public enforcement cases (cartels, abuse of dominance) before the French Competition Authority and the European Commission, as well as private enforcement (litigation) cases before French courts. Her expertise spans various sectors, including aerospace, technology, software, retail, and a wide range of service industries.

Milica also teaches French competition law to students at the Université Catholique de Lille.
