Paul Hastings LLP advised EMZ Partners and the other sellers in connection with the leveraged buyout (LBO) of Ayming.

Private Equity partner Sébastien Crepy led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Charles Filleux-Pommerol, Camille Paulhac and Stéphane Henry, and associates Vincent Nacinovic, Amandine Guignard, Milica Antic, Capucine Chareton and Alexandre Ruiz.
