Paul Hastings Advises Bank of America and a Syndicate of Banks on Bass Pro’s $1.2 Billion ABL Facility

Paul Hastings LLP advised Bank of America, N.A., Royal Bank of Canada,  Goldman Sachs Bank USA, and other banks in connection with Bass Pro’s $1.2 billion asset-based revolving credit facility, which is part of an overall $6 billion term loan and asset-based revolving facility. Bass Pro is a leading sporting goods retailer.
