Matthew R. Schob is an associate in the Emerging Growth Companies and Capital Markets practices at Paul Hastings. He is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on emerging growth companies, venture capital, securities laws matters and general corporate law.

Mr. Schob received his law degree (cum laude) from Fordham University School of Law in 2020, where he was a member of the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic and served as a research assistant at the Center on National Security. He earned a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland in 2013. Mr. Schob is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida.
