Paul Hastings LLP advised the financial advisers in connection with SharkNinja, Inc.’s (“SharkNinja”) spin-off from JS Global Lifestyle Company Limited (Stock code: 1691.HK) (“JS Global”). SharkNinja is now listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: SN).

Upon the completion of the spin-off, JS Global will continue to operate the business of Joyoung Co., Ltd. and the Asia-Pacific business of SharkNinja.
