Paul Hastings Advised J.P. Morgan and the Other Initial Purchasers in Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.’s $450 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised J.P. Morgan as representative of the initial purchasers in a private offering of $450 million of senior secured notes due 2029 by Blackstone Mortgage Trust. Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc., a real estate finance company that originates senior loans collateralized by commercial real estate in North America, Europe and Australia, is externally managed by a subsidiary of Blackstone Inc.
