Overview
Maria Marulanda Larsen is Of Counsel in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on Latin America and consists principally on representing and advising financial institutions and corporate issuers in a variety of public and private cross-border debt and equity capital market transactions across a wide range of industries, including financial services, banking, retail, and energy. She also has considerable experience with sovereign debt offerings and restructurings.
In addition, she advises a number of Latin American issuers on their ongoing SEC reporting obligations and regulatory and compliance matters under the U.S. securities laws. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, she practiced with another multinational law firm in New York.
