Paul Hastings advised the dealer managers in connection with Volcan Compañía Minera S.A.A.’s (“Volcan”) offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 4.375% Senior Notes due 2026 (the “2026 Notes”) for newly issued 8.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2030 and solicitation of consents to amend the 2026 Notes. The exchange and consent solicitation successfully secured the investor consents necessary to exchange and amend 81.37% of Volcan’s 2026 Notes, marking a significant debt management milestone for Volcan.
