Paul Hastings Advised J.P. Morgan, Santander and Scotiabank in Engie Chile’s Inaugural $500 Million Green Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised J.P. Morgan, Santander and Scotiabank in connection with Engie Chile’s inaugural green notes offering for $500 million. An amount equal to the net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be allocated to finance and to refinance, in whole or in part, eligible green projects in alignment with the ENGIE group’s Green Financing Framework. Engie Chile is a leading electricity generation company and an energy services provider with a diversified infrastructure asset base, consisting of electricity generation plants, electricity transmission assets, port facilities and gas transportation facilities in Chile.
