Overview
Lindsay R. Sparks is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings. Ms. Sparks’ practice encompasses a wide range of finance transactions, including acquisition and other leveraged financings, investment grade financings, asset-based financings and structured credit financings and other debt capital market transactions.
Ms. Sparks has particular experience in secured lending matters, including first and second lien syndicated credit facilities, asset-based revolvers and unitranche credit facilities. Her structured credit practice includes NAV facilities, capital call facilities and single-asset and portfolio back-leverage transactions secured by debt, equity and other asset classes.
Ms. Sparks also has significant transactional experience in a variety of industries, including technology and software, asset management, and energy. She also has extensive experience in healthcare, datacenters, retail, manufacturing, agriculture, ski resorts and transportation and distribution industries and cross-border transactions.
