Paul Hastings Advised Symphony Technology Group in $1.5 Billion Acquisition of Momentive Global

Paul Hastings LLP advised Symphony Technology Group in its acquisition of Momentive (Nasdaq: MNTV), the maker of SurveyMonkey, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.5 billion. The transaction closed on May 31, 2023.
