Paul Hastings Advises Symphony Technology Group in $1.5 Billion Acquisition of Momentive Global

Paul Hastings LLP is advising Symphony Technology Group in its acquisition of Momentive (Nasdaq: MNTV), the maker of SurveyMonkey, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.5 billion.
