Zachary Ryan is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Mr. Ryan's practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions for public and private companies. He also assists clients with general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Ryan received his law degree from the Vanderbilt University Law School in 2023, where he also earned his master's degree in finance from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in 2020.
