Paul Hastings LLP advised Industrial Growth Partners, a specialist private investment partnership that invests exclusively in industrial sector middle-market companies in partnership with management teams, in its acquisition of SENS Holdings, LLC, a leading designer and manufacturer of battery chargers, integrated power systems and battery monitoring solutions for critical infrastructure applications.
