Overview

Roger Dean is an associate in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and  is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on representing domestic and international investment banks, commercial finance companies, direct lenders, private equity funds, and originators in all aspects of complex financings, including leveraged, specialty, asset-based, and repo transactions, with a particular emphasis in the fintech market.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Dean was a corporate associate in New York where he represented investment banks in leveraged loans and high yield bond offerings.

Mr. Dean graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2020, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Journal of Criminal Law and was a Cowan Fellow. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College in 2014.

Mr. Dean is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, New York and Virginia.
