Paul Hastings LLP advised Galway Sustainable Credit, LLC (“Galway”) in connection with a $250 million investment in Galway led by funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management’s Green Investment Group. Galway is a specialty finance company that invests in companies, projects and assets with a goal of accelerating the energy transition and the deployment of sustainability and resiliency-focused solutions globally.
