Overview

Randy Aman is Of Counsel in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Dallas office. Randy’s practice focuses on the representation of banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers in the negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured loan transactions, including asset-based and reserve-based lending facilities and leveraged acquisition financings. Randy also has extensive experience with debt workouts, restructurings and intercreditor arrangements.

  • Represented Texas Capital Bank in a $250 million secured asset-based revolving credit facility to a natural gas compression company.
  • Represented JPMorgan Chase Bank in a $100 million secured asset-based revolving credit facility to Tetra Technologies, Inc.
  • Represented Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. in a secured $430 million delayed draw term loan facility and a $125 million secured asset-based revolving credit facility.
  • Represented Wells Fargo Bank in a $1.5 billion secured reserve-based revolving credit facility to an oil and gas exploration and production company.
  • Represented lead arrangers in connection with a bridge financing commitment to support Civitas Resources, Inc.'s acquisition of Hibernia Energy.
  • Represented Bank of America as administrative agent, in a $50 million debtor-in-possession credit facility to Parker Drilling Company during its chapter 11 bankruptcy and in its $50 million secured asset-based exit credit facility.
  • Represented Wells Fargo Bank in a $905 million unsecured 364-day revolving credit facility to Pioneer Natural Resources Company.
