Paul Hastings Advises Lenders in Carlyle’s $3.8 Billion Purchase of Vantive Kidney Care from Baxter

Paul Hastings LLP is advising the lenders on Carlyle’s definitive agreement to acquire Baxter International Inc.’s (NYSE:BAX) kidney-care unit Vantive for $3.8 billion.

Global Finance co-chairs John Cobb and Jennifer Yount led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Kris Villarreal, Joshua Zelig, Jason Busch, and Stephen Gruendel, Of Counsel Randy Aman, and associates Marina Begun and Celia Scherman.
