Elena Rodriguez is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Houston office.

Ms. Rodriguez has represented public companies and financial institutions in connection with public and private capital markets transactions. She joined Paul Hastings from a multinational law firm.

Ms. Rodriguez received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center in 2020, where she served as a senior articles editor for the Houston Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rice University in 2015. Ms. Rodriguez is admitted to practice in Texas.
