Overview
Crist Malekyan is an associate in the Tax practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Crist provides advice on a wide range of domestic and international transactional tax matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Crist served as a vice president in the project finance team at MUFG Union Bank, where he concentrated on renewable energy and large-scale financing deals. He began his career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Crist received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he was honored with the Gregory W. Goff Award for the highest achievement in the tax law. He earned his B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Crist is admitted to practice law in California.
