Colin Wetmore is an associate in the Tax practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Mr. Wetmore advises on a wide range of U.S. federal income tax matters, including in connection with mergers and acquisitions, fund formations and joint ventures, investment products, and a variety of financing transactions. 

Mr. Wetmore received his LL.M. in taxation from NYU School of Law and his J.D. from Boston College Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wetmore was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
