Overview

Bryce Couch is an associate in the Corporate Department at Paul Hastings and is based in the Firm’s Houston office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, private equity financings, corporate finance transactions, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Couch was part of the Corporate group of an international law firm.

Mr. Couch has represented public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and public and private capital markets transactions. He has experience representing clients across industries, including in traditional and renewable energy, oilfield services, manufacturing, shipping, and telecommunications.

Mr. Couch graduated magna cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he served on the SMU Law Review Association as editor-in-chief for the Journal of Air Law and Commerce and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service degree in International Politics from Georgetown University in 2019. Mr. Couch is admitted to practice law in Texas.
