Sendinblue Acquires Meetfox

Paris - Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Sendinblue, the leading all-in-one digital platform, on its acquisition of MeetFox, the automated scheduling, video conferencing and payment solution to accelerate growth for small businesses.

Sendinblue is accelerating its growth by acquiring MeetFox, a New York-based specialist in scheduling, video conferencing and payment software. This acquisition is Sendinblue's fourth external growth operation in six months and confirms its development and its desire to innovate for its users. Offering a complete marketing and sales solution, Sendinblue meets the needs of small and medium-sized businesses in full development and allows them to implement and develop their customer relations.

In September 2021, the Paul Hastings team, led by Charles Cardon, advised Sendinblue on the acquisition of three leading companies in their field: Metrilo, Chatra and PushOwl.
