Paul Hastings Advised Underwriters on Super Hi International’s Public Offering and Listing on the Nasdaq Global Market

Paul Hastings LLP advised Morgan Stanley Asia Limited and Huatai Securities (USA), Inc. as underwriters in connection with Super Hi International Holding Ltd.’s public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market (Nasdaq: HDL).

Super Hi International is a leading Chinese cuisine restaurant brand, operating Haidilao hot pot restaurants in the international market.

Paul Hastings previously advised Morgan Stanley Asia Limited and Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited as joint sponsors on the listing of Super Hi International, a spin off from Haidilao International, on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2022.
