Paul Hastings Advised Apollo Capital Management, HIG Capital and Partners Group in Refinancing of Astek

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Apollo Capital Management, HIG Capital and Partners Group in connection with the setting up of a unitranche financing of up to €450m to refinance the existing unitranche debt of Astek, a leading technology consultancy, and to strengthen its financial capabilities to continue its growth ambitions and active policy of targeted acquisitions.
