Paul Hastings Advised Lenders in TowerBrook’s Acquisition of Team Eiffel

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised the lenders in connection with the financing of TowerBrook Capital Partners’ acquisition of a majority stake in Team Eiffel B.V., the Dutch leading provider of integrated consulting and project delivery, outsourcing, and interim professional services.
