Paul Hastings Advised Barclays on $400 Million Asset-Based Lending Facility for Fluence Energy, Inc.

Paul Hastings LLP advised Barclays in connection with Fluence Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLNC), a leading global provider of energy storage products and services and optimization for renewables and storage, entering into a new four-year $400 million Asset-Based Lending credit facility maturing in November 2027. Barclays is serving as Administrative Agent, Joint Lead Arranger, and Joint Bookrunner.
