Paul Hastings Advised Lenders Financing the Restructuring of Franchise Group, Inc.

Paul Hastings LLP advised an ad hoc group of first lien lenders providing a new money debtor-in-possession loan to franchise business operator Franchise Group, Inc. and its affiliated debtors. The financing was approved, on an interim basis, by Honorable John T. Dorsey of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
