Paul Hastings Advised Jefferies and Cantor as Joint Book-Running Managers in Rezolute’s Pricing of Common Stock and Pre-Funded Warrants Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised Jefferies and Cantor as joint book-running managers in connection with the pricing of Rezolute, Inc.’s (Nasdaq: RZLT) underwritten public offering of 11,250,00 shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 3,750,00 shares of common stock. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about June 17, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
