Paul Hastings LLP advised Oppenheimer & Co. as the sole bookrunner in connection with Vaxart, Inc.’s (Nasdaq: VXRT) underwritten offering of 50,000,000 shares of its common stock. The offering is expected to close on or about June 17, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
