Paul Hastings advised Investindustrial on €1.1 billion Growth III Fund

Paul Hastings advised Investindustrial on the formation of their private equity Investindustrial Growth III Fund, which closed above its target at €1.1 billion. The fund focuses on investments in European lower mid-market companies, predominantly in Italy, Spain, Portugal or Switzerland.

This is the third growth strategy we have advised on for Investindustrial.
