Paul Hastings Advised Veson Nautical and Investors Francisco Partners and Pamlico Capital in Acquisition of VesselsValue

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Veson Nautical, the global leader of maritime freight management solutions, and two of its private equity investors, Francisco Partners and Pamlico Capital, in connection with the acquisition of leading vessel valuation data provider VesselsValue.

The combination of VesselsValue products and services with Veson Nautical’s existing solutions will allow users to benefit from a comprehensive product offering.

Private Equity partners Anu Balasubramanian and Jamie Holdoway led the Paul Hastings team in London, which also included partner Dana Kromm in San Francisco and associates James Waite and Edson Owusu in London.
