Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised funds and accounts managed by BlackRock as lenders on a senior secured term loan facility in relation to the corporate financing of Enzen Global Limited, a world-leading energy and water service provider. The financing also included a revolving credit facility provided by HSBC Bank UK plc.
