Paul Hastings Advised MoneyGram International in $1.8 Billion Acquisition by Madison Dearborn Partners

Paul Hastings LLP advised MoneyGram International, Inc., a leading global FinTech company, in its acquisition by affiliates of Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, a leading private equity investment firm, for $1.8 billion. MoneyGram's common stock has ceased trading and delisted from the Nasdaq stock market.
