Paul Hastings LLP advised Freedom Acquisition I Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, in its business combination with Complete Solaria, a leading solar technology, services, and installation company. The combined company will operate under the name Complete Solaria, Inc., and its common stock and warrants have commenced trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market.
