Paul Hastings LLP advised EIG, an international investment fund focusing on the energy sector, in its sale of a 38% ownership stake in Gas TransBolivano (GTB), the Bolivia segment of Gasbol, the gas pipeline connecting Brazil to Bolivia, to Starboard.
