Paul Hastings Advised Cortec Group in the Sale of Rotating Machinery Services

Paul Hastings LLP advised Cortec Group in the sale of its portfolio company Rotating Machinery Services, an aftermarket turbomachinery business, to Arcline Capital Partners.
