Paul Hastings Selected as Counsel to Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Akoustis Technologies, Inc.

Paul Hastings LLP has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Akoustis Technologies, Inc. and its affiliated debtors that have filed Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Akoustis Technologies, Inc. develops, designs and manufactures innovative RF filter solutions for the wireless industry, including for products such as smartphones and tablets, network infrastructure equipment, WiFi Customer Premise Equipment and defense applications.
