Paul Hastings Represents RBC in Financing High Liner Foods Acquisition of Icelandic Groups US and Asian Operations

New York, NY (December 23, 2011) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Royal Bank of Canada as lead arranger and administrative agent for the senior financing of High Liner Foods' acquisition of Icelandic Group's U.S. and Asian operations.

The senior financing consists of a $250 million senior secured term loan facility and a $180 million asset-based revolving credit facility.
