Paul Hastings Advises Atlanta Equity in its Investment in NRI Construction

Atlanta, GA (May 21, 2008) Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that the firm advised private equity firm Atlanta Equity in its investment in NRI Construction, Inc., an Atlanta-based specialty contractor focused on the apartment industry. The transaction was announced on May 12, 2008.

The deal aims to grow NRI Construction into the premier provider of renovation and rehabilitation services to the apartment industry.
