Paul Hastings Advises Astorg on Owner Buyout Transaction for SCT Telecom Group

Paris, France (May 16, 2011) Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP has advised Astorg concerning its transfer of majority ownership of the SCT Telecom group back to SCT Telecom management led by founding president Pascal Chaboisseau. The owner buyout was backed by TIP Gestion.

Astorg is an independent French capital investment team that manages more than two billion euros and invests in industrial companies or services, often family-owned, that have high-growth potential.
