Delta Dental Enters into Oakland Office Lease Agreement with CIM Group

San Francisco – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented leading insurance company Delta Dental of California in the lease of 82,000 square feet of office space in 1333 Broadway, an Oakland, California office tower owned by CIM Group. This lease represents an expansion of the office space for Delta Dental, which will maintain its headquarters in San Francisco. The transaction marks one of the biggest lease deals this year in the East Bay.
