Fox Entertainment Acquires MarVista Entertainment

Century City, CA – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Fox Entertainment in its acquisition of MarVista Entertainment, a leading independent producer of TV movies.

The acquisition provides Fox with production capabilities in the live-action scripted space to create content for Fox’s digital platforms, including Tubi, and complements key acquisitions in the unscripted and animated space.
