Paul Hastings Advises BEX Capital’s Partners on Strategic Partnership Between Sagard and BEX Capital

Paul Hastings LLP advised the partners of BEX Capital in connection with the strategic partnership between Sagard and BEX Capital, a specialized secondaries investment firm with over $2 billion of assets under management.

Private Equity partner Sébastien Crepy led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Andras Csonka, Charles Filleux-Pommerol, Stéphane Henry, Olivier Vermeulen and Marc Zerah and associates Capucine Chareton, Thibault Jumeaux, Vincent Nacinovic, Peter Pedrazzani, Alisée Rival and Alexandre Ruiz.
