Paul Hastings LLP advised Eurazeo in connection with its investment in Ekoscan Integrity Group, an international innovator in advanced non-destructive testing solutions for industrial applications and critical infrastructures, alongside company founder Hugo Cence and the Ekoscan Integrity management team.

Private Equity partner Charles Cardon led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partner Charles Filleux-Pommerol and associates Mehdi Ezzher, Marie Forte, Moussa Mbodji, Laëtitia Mingarelli and Amaury Steinlin.
