The California legislature has had a busy session, expanding privacy protections for its citizens and likely influencing companies’ nationwide practices in the process. In our most recent Stay Current, we identify the key provisions of six new laws and potential penalties for non-compliance. In addition, we examine potential repercussions of the legislation outside of California’s borders.
