Yuko Kamo is an associate in the Corporate department and is based in the firm’s Tokyo office and Palo Alto office. She is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.

Her practice focuses on the representations of Japanese and US corporations in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, equity and debt financing, and general corporate law.

She received her Juris Doctor degree from Waseda University Law School in 2014 and her Bachelor of Law degree from University of Tokyo in 2012. She also received her Master of Laws degree from Columbia University in 2023.

She is admitted to practice in California and Japan.
