Sarah Loecher is an associate in the Fintech and Payments practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Ms. Loecher has domestic and international legal and compliance experience working in-house at various financial institutions. She also has regulatory experience working for foreign Securities and Anti-Money Laundering Authorities.

Ms. Loecher received a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance and Practice from Stanford Law School (LL.M), a Master’s degree in Public and International Law from Hebrew University of Jerusalem (LL.M), and a law degree (LL.B) from Netanya Academic College.

Ms. Loecher is admitted to practice law in California and in Israel.
