Salim Azzam is Of Counsel in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Azzam focuses on private fund formation, advising sponsors in connection with the formation, marketing, operation and regulatory compliance of U.S. and non-U.S. private funds of various strategies, with a particular focus on credit funds and hybrid products. He also advises managers in connection with GP-led secondary transactions, including continuation vehicles and other liquidity solutions. Salim also has broad experience representing institutional investors in connection with their alternative asset portfolios. 

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Salim worked with international law firms in New York and abroad.
